Getting Started

  1. Add Your Name: Let's personalize your meal plans. Start by adding your name so that every meal plan feels uniquely yours.

Creating Meal Plans

  1. Select Your Foods: Choose from a vast database of foods. As you select a food item, the calculator automatically fills in the calorie count for 100 grams of that food. This way, you get instant insights into the nutritional value of your choices.
  2. Specify Quantity: Tailor your portions to match your needs. You can select from "less than 100g" or "greater than 100g" options. If your portion size isn't in these categories, feel free to manually input the quantity.
  3. Total Quantity: The platform intuitively calculates your total quantity by combining your "less than 100g" and "greater than 100g" choices.
  4. Add to Your Meal Plan: With your food selections and quantities in place, simply click the "Add your meal plan" button to incorporate your choices into your personalized meal plan.
  5. Adding More Foods: To diversify your meal plan, click the "Add new food" button and repeat the process. Our platform makes it easy to create well-rounded and diverse meal plans.

Managing Your Meal Plan

  1. Clear Your Current Plan: If you want to start fresh or make significant changes, use the "Delete meal plan" button to clear your current meal plan.

Reviewing Your Plan

  1. View Your Meal Plan: As you build your meal plan, it's displayed in a table format, making it easy to review your choices.
  2. Interactive Charts: For a visual perspective, we offer interactive charts that allow you to see the nutritional breakdown of your meal plan. You can even switch between different chart types to gain new insights.

Editing Your Plan

  1. Removing Foods: If you change your mind about a specific food item, simply click the "Delete" button in the corresponding table row to remove it from your meal plan.

Chart Types

  1. Change Chart Type: Our platform offers multiple chart types for viewing your meal plan's nutritional information. Explore different perspectives by using the chart type buttons.
