🟡 2. Reporting a Bug or Wrong Answer

This is the message we act on fastest. A wrong result in an educational simulator or an error in a Tool HUB utility is treated as a critical bug. To help us fix it, include:

• The lesson or tool name (and the exact page link)
• What data you entered or uploaded
• The result you expected vs the actual result the tool produced

Reader reports are the reason several tools on this site have been improved and rewritten.

🟢 3. Tool Requests and Teacher Feedback

If you need a specific offline utility for your development work, or if you use SchoolICT with a class, we want to hear from you. Requests for tools that solve common problems or lessons that match a specific curriculum unit are highly prioritized.

🔴 4. Response Time

SchoolICT is run by one educator and developer, so replies are on a best-effort basis and may take a few days. Clear, specific messages and bug reports get answered the fastest.

🟡 5. What We Cannot Do

We cannot complete graded homework, sit assessments for you, or offer individual programming tutoring. What we can do is fix errors, build new web tools, explain a concept more clearly, and add features that the community needs.
