A school has a library management system. A student has to obtain an application form from the library to register in the library. When the application form is filled and given to the librarian of the library, he checks the membership information and issues the library card to the student. The membership information file is also updated, and then he becomes a member. A member can inquire about a book from the library assistant. Then the library assistant checks the information file about the books and gives the status of that book as a reply. The member can give his library card and get that book if it is available.
