🟡 2. Reporting a Wrong Answer

This is the message we act on fastest. A wrong result in a tool is treated as a bug, not a nuisance. To help us fix it, include:

• The lesson or tool name (and the page link if you have it)
• What you typed or selected
• The answer you expected, and the answer the tool gave

Reader reports are the reason several tools on this site have been rewritten.

🟢 3. For Teachers and Schools

If you use SchoolICT with a class, we would like to hear what works and what is missing. Requests for lessons that match a specific unit are especially useful, because they tell us what students are stuck on right now.

🔴 4. Response Time

SchoolICT is run by one teacher, so replies are on a best-effort basis and may take a few days during term time. Clear, specific messages get answered fastest.

🟡 5. What We Cannot Do

We cannot complete graded homework or sit assessments for you, and we cannot give individual exam-marking. What we can do is fix errors, explain a concept more clearly, and add practice for topics students find hard.
